Heather’s “roll up the sleeves” style is built on a track record of success in regional and national senior leadership roles working in corporations such as TELUS Communications, Nortel Networks, and Hoffman LaRoche Pharmaceuticals. She brings her leadership experience to the training and coaching she delivers to make sure it is practical and relevant in the workplace.
Heather brings extensive background in strategic marketing, operations, and project management to add insight and value to you and your organization. In her last role at TELUS as General Manager of Southern Alberta Operations, Heather managed over 400 unionized journey people and 22 managers to achieve the best customer service results at TELUS. She was also the Director of Project Management at TELUS where her team implemented complex customer installations.
Heather brings over 15 years of experience and expertise in business to help design and deliver leadership training, facilitation and executive coaching. She started Painted Fire almost 4 years ago. She is an experienced team and process facilitator and a strong communicator.
Heather is a dynamic speaker with international experience, having presented to audiences of over 1,000 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has a MBA and Bachelor of Commerce degree, is a Myers Briggs and Strength Deployment Inventory facilitator and a Certified Executive Coach. Heather’s experiences have culminated to allow her to support business teams and leaders in developing their ability to consistently deliver measurable results.
